You can count on our expertise on site – with comprehensive services from catering to stand construction. We'll be happy to advise on taking part and making the necessary preparations.

INFORMATION ON SETTING UP AND DISMANTLING

Start of construction:
January 17, 2025, from 7:00 a.m


End of construction:
10:00 p.m.
(4:00 p.m. vehicles out of the hall)
Extended assembly times are possible on request.

Start of dismantling:
January 19, 2025, from 5:00 p.m

(6 p.m. vehicles enter the hall)


End of degradation:
24:00

EXHIBITOR MEDIA PACKAGE

For main exhibitor, co-exhibitors and additionally represented businesses, the price for the obligatory Exhibitor Media Package is EUR 250.00 plus VAT. This is charged separately on the participation fee invoice.


The package also includes free admission tickets. These are provided, in whatever quantity is required, to the main exhibitor and co-exhibitor in the form of digital codes for distribution to third parties.


Passing on to third parties in return for payment is expressly prohibited. The package also includes entries (company names, addresses and/or contact details) in the respective trade-show-specific directories.


The entries appear in the directory format offered by the event organiser, alternatively or additionally in the online exhibitor directory, if available, in the trade fair app and the printed directory.


Co-exhibitors or additionally represented businesses and their exhibits must be registered by the main exhibitor. The Exhibitor Media Package charges are billed to the main exhibitor for each co-exhibitor / additionally represented business. If no naming of additionally represented businesses in the directory is desired, this must be expressly noted on the registration form.


The closing date for submitting directory entries is 3 December 2024. Where this deadline is not observed, details already given upon registration may be used.


Exhibitors who register after the closing date shall not be entitled to be named in any specific directory.


Claims for damages in respect of incorrect or incomplete entries or non-inclusion in the above directories are ruled out. The main exhibitor is responsible for the content of the entries in the directories and for damages resulting therefrom.


  • WARNING: Misleading listing offer

    Unfortunately, it happens again and again that exhibitors receive misleading offers for entries in order to be included in so-called trade fair and exhibitor directories. Well-known companies and online directories are art-living.info, Expo Guide, International Fairs Directory, Handwerk-Markt.com, Handcraft-market.com and Construct Data Publisher. Messe Dortmund GmbH expressly states that it has no connection whatsoever to "Expo Guide", "art-living.info", "FAIR GUIDE", "International Fairs Directory", "Handwerk-Markt.com" and "Handcraft-market .com" stands.


    We expressly distance ourselves from the business practices of these companies. In most cases, these are unauthorized publishers who finance themselves through fee-based entries in various directories. However, the impression is often given that the offer is free of charge. The amount and duration of the payment obligation can only be found in the small print of the terms and conditions - which often comes as a nasty surprise.


    You can make entries in the official media of our events via our Online Service Center (OSC). The access data for the OSC will be sent to you together with the stand confirmation by our trade fair team on Messe Dortmund GmbH stationery or by e-mail with the appropriate signature.
